Our demonstration properties
Orana
Victoria | 4,674 hectares
Orana is Tiverton Global’s cornerstone sustainable agriculture demonstration asset.
The property is managed for broadacre cropping and horticulture, with approximately 3,500 hectares under crop and 1000 hectares planted to olives. The farm is in the final stages of converting from conventional farming practice, to reach its potential as a fully integrated sustainable cropping, horticulture and natural capital farming asset.
Orana is also home to a leading soil carbon project under the Australian Carbon Credit Unit (ACCU) Scheme. Through the use of CircleAG’s suite of liquid biofertiliser products and sustainable cropping interventions this project is forecast to sequester 300,000 tonnes of CO2e, roughly equivalent to the annual emissions of 150,000 cars.
Orana is also home to a 200 hectare predator free safe haven, which protects the Bush Stone-curlew and Eastern Bettong.
Jamea
New South Wales | 6,658 hectares
Jamea Aggregation is a non-contiguous dryland broad acre cropping asset.
It is in the process of being converted to a master planned sustainable food production and biodiverse natural capital farm. Around 60 per cent of the property (3,787 ha) is being managed for restorative agriculture, with the remaining 40% being converted to Indigenous mixed species and forestry plantings (2,200 ha approx).
Merredin
Western Australia | 32,000 hectares
Merredin is being converted to Australia’s largest reforestation and woodland project.
Located in the Western Australian Wheatbelt and formerly managed for broadacre cropping, this property will restore at 28,000 hectares with 16 million native trees and shrubs.
The project aims to rehabilitate one of the world's largest remaining temperate woodland ecosystems – the Great Western Woodlands – restoring degraded soils and reintroducing species historically present in this landscape. In doing so, the project targets three converging pressures: carbon sequestration, biodiversity loss, and the decline of threatened woodland communities. The scale of the planting also has the potential to influence atmospheric water cycles in the region, and ‘bring back the rain’ where it has reduced due to historic land clearing.

The organisation manages the Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor, an internationally recognised global biodiversity hotspot and one of Australia’s longest-standing offset projects.
Since Tiverton Global’s full acquisition in FY23, we have accelerated Carbon Neutral’s national and international expansion. A key pillar of this growth is the restoration of Merredin in the WA wheatbelt.
Carbon Neutral continues to deepen its commitment to high-integrity impact through strategic partnerships with Save the Children International, Odonata Foundation, and the Esperance Tjaltjraak Native Title Aboriginal Corporation.
CircleAG
CircleAG Pty Ltd is a specialist liquid biofertiliser company delivering measurable improvements in soil health, agricultural productivity and food nutrient density through evidence‑based restorative agriculture.
CircleAG’s flagship products, including CircleMIN Biofert, unlock soil nutrient reserves, stimulating microbial activity and building long‑term soil carbon. These products are now produced and applied at a commercial scale and offer a long-term, cost effective alternative to synthetic fertilisers, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.
Downforce Technologies
Downforce Technologies is a pioneer in science-led, data-driven land management.
Downforce uses high-resolution satellite data to empower landowners and supply chains to optimise soil organic carbon across their assets. Tiverton Global uses Downforce to inform strategies for land acquisition and planning, replacing labor-intensive soil sampling with precise, scalable analytics.
