About us
Tiverton Global was established in 2016 and is managed by a team of investment, agricultural and nature experts with decades of combined experience.
Our purpose has always been to transition conventionally managed farms to restorative operations – while improving agricultural productivity, resilience and profitability.
Over time we’ve discovered there’s even more to this story: the healthier the farming system – from soils to biodiversity – the healthier and more resilient the produce that is grown in these systems, and by extension, the more consumers benefit.
Tiverton Global is all about restoring health.
Nutritional Agriculture
If Tiverton Global is all about restoring health, Nutritional Agriculture is the farming system that makes it possible.
Nutritional Agriculture is an integrated approach to soil and landscape management that actively rebuilds health across people, the planet, and our productive landscapes. We do this by:
Increasing production: Using high-performing liquid biofertilisers to recover soil vitality, we can produce more food off less land
Building back thriving ecosystems: Focusing on least productive land, we can revegetate for nature and climate, building resilience into the landscape and generating additional carbon income, all with no net loss to production
Enhancing nutritional density: By building back the microbial health of the soil, we can improve the nutritional quality of the food we produce – with the aim of delivering significant benefits for human health.
Our mission is to demonstrate that a balanced and restorative approach is the new standard for profitable farming.
Demonstrate
We prove the viability of profitable restorative practices on our own land.
Restore
We build soil health, rejuvenate biodiversity, sequester carbon and enhance food nutrient density.
Empower
We share our learnings to enable landholders to shift their own practices.
